1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
What we need: Please email us at tenetpak@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damaged item.
Our solution: If the product is genuinely defective or broken during transit, we will send a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You do not need to ship damaged items back to us.
3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
If you want to return an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color for your device (e.g., wrong Apple Watch size):
The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. To start a return, follow these steps:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
